BIBLE CENTERED; is first to do everything you do in reliance on blood-bought grace and promises of God. All that we do or say our bench mark is the inspired word of God as is written in the Holly Bible.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NIV)  16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

INTEGRITY: Integrity means following moral or ethical convictions and doing the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is watching you. Having integrity means you are true to yourself and would do nothing that demeans or dishonors you.
Psalm 25:21 (NIV) May integrity &  uprightness protect me, because my hope, Lord is in you.

TEAM WORK: when a group of people work together cohesively, towards a common goal, creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance group performance.

TRANSPARENCY: this is ability of individual to bring out truthfulness of the matter in an Honesty and openness manner in a way easy to understand.

HARD WORK: Hard work is about doing something that is necessary and acceptable for you to achieve your goal. It is something or someone that is diligent in laboring and that puts effort into doing and completing tasks.
