The spreading of the Christian gospel by public preaching or personal witness most times is thought to be for only a specified group of people commonly known as “evangelists” but yet Christ gives a command to everyone who so identifies himself to be His disciple to go then and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). This identifies everyone to be part of the soul winning ministry.
